Far too often there seems to be a divide between the police and the public. This podcast is dedicated to bridging the gap between police and the communities they serve. As a former law enforcement executive, I will analyze police procedures and give a layman's understanding to the public. I will also review relevant events that are occurring around the U.S. in attempts to give the public some of the reasons why the police may have taken certain courses of action. The goal of this program is to bring all groups together and to work in harmony to make all communities better and more cohesive.

Seth Stoughton is a university professor and law scholar. He has written for numerous academic and investigative publications. I wanted to have him on the show to discuss police militarization and hopefully his thoughts on police body-worn cameras. However, our convo got deep into what good PD's do or what they should do that we never got to the reason for the interview. Don't worry I will have him back and we will eventually get to and stay on topic. In the meantime, we had a great convo and I know you will enjoy listening to it as much as we in participating in it.
