Far too often there seems to be a divide between the police and the public. This podcast is dedicated to bridging the gap between police and the communities they serve. As a former law enforcement executive, I will analyze police procedures and give a layman's understanding to the public. I will also review relevant events that are occurring around the U.S. in attempts to give the public some of the reasons why the police may have taken certain courses of action. The goal of this program is to bring all groups together and to work in harmony to make all communities better and more cohesive.

This week we will be examining what seems to me to be the craziest month in terms of the relationship between the police and the public. Fortunately, I have retired lieutenant and current member of the Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP). Diane Goldstein with me to help understand what is going on in law enforcement and can we really bridge that divide. This ep is also on Youtube, just search for Captain Hunter's POdcast on Youtube.
