Far too often there seems to be a divide between the police and the public. This podcast is dedicated to bridging the gap between police and the communities they serve. As a former law enforcement executive, I will analyze police procedures and give a layman's understanding to the public. I will also review relevant events that are occurring around the U.S. in attempts to give the public some of the reasons why the police may have taken certain courses of action. The goal of this program is to bring all groups together and to work in harmony to make all communities better and more cohesive.

No, this episode is not in response to the recent statement of the president. It is in response to the plethora of news that this country has been dealing with for some time. I do not claim to be a political commentator, however, as a citizen, I believe that I have something to contribute to the conversation. We will explore the effects of immigration, legal and illegal on law enforcement. What are the financial and social implications of having a vast number of undocumented and illegal persons living in the country and what should be the response of law enforcement?
