Far too often there seems to be a divide between the police and the public. This podcast is dedicated to bridging the gap between police and the communities they serve. As a former law enforcement executive, I will analyze police procedures and give a layman's understanding to the public. I will also review relevant events that are occurring around the U.S. in attempts to give the public some of the reasons why the police may have taken certain courses of action. The goal of this program is to bring all groups together and to work in harmony to make all communities better and more cohesive.

Leonard Chello Webb is a former law enforcement officer who now advocates for changes in law enforcement and schools. Who do we call when schools are out of control? Usually the police, but many times officers are not equipped to deal with the emotional and traumatic experiences that children are dealing with. Webb is stepping in and providing alternative solutions to bridge the divide between school systems and police departments.
