Far too often there seems to be a divide between the police and the public. This podcast is dedicated to bridging the gap between police and the communities they serve. As a former law enforcement executive, I will analyze police procedures and give a layman's understanding to the public. I will also review relevant events that are occurring around the U.S. in attempts to give the public some of the reasons why the police may have taken certain courses of action. The goal of this program is to bring all groups together and to work in harmony to make all communities better and more cohesive.

My guest had to drop out so I did a live show on the Kenosha Police Shooting. Police work is very complex, and the decision to use force is based upon split second decisions. In this episode I will discuss the thought processes that inform an officer's decisions.
