Far too often there seems to be a divide between the police and the public. This podcast is dedicated to bridging the gap between police and the communities they serve. As a former law enforcement executive, I will analyze police procedures and give a layman's understanding to the public. I will also review relevant events that are occurring around the U.S. in attempts to give the public some of the reasons why the police may have taken certain courses of action. The goal of this program is to bring all groups together and to work in harmony to make all communities better and more cohesive.

I was asked to discuss the Hamden/ New Haven police shooting which occurred April 16, 2019. This episode we will take a look at why patience is vital in these types of situations. The rush to judgment and the rush to criticize police action is never wise. I will discuss the details and how state police and investigators are proceeding with their investigation.
