Dr. L’s Podcast

Captain Hunter’s Podcast is now Dr. L’s Podcast. During the pandemic, I went back to school and completed a doctorate in Leadership. While I still plan to hit on some policing stories, I will mostly pivot to self-improvement topics. Having overcome many mental hurdles, I think it’s time I gave back. I want to help people become the best version of themselves. I also plan to hit on love and relationship topics. Having gone through a divorce and returning to the dating market, I will speak about the mistakes I made along the way and how a mature man looks at dating. Buckle up as we discuss some critical life-changing topics. Hit me up if you have any show suggestions: bigglphd@gmail.com And don’t forget to follow me on Youtube - Dr. L’ Podcast (formerly @bigglphd)

Bonus Ep: Gayle King and Epigenetics
Friday Feb 14, 2020
Friday Feb 14, 2020
Unless you have been living under a rock, you are aware of the now-viral interview of Gayle King and Lisa Leslie. As a result of the questions King posed to Leslie, Ms. King has been dragged all over social media. My special guest, Philippe SHOCK Matthews, specializes in understanding trauma and how it passes through DNA. In his monologue on his Youtube channel, he gave an incredible analysis of what is possible motivating King. Mr. Matthews gives us a brief synopsis in my interview, in addition, he gives his perspectives on the trauma experienced by some members of law enforcement. #thepmshow www.blogtalkradio.com/thepmshow www.facebook.com/thepmshow www.twitter.com/tepmhshow www.thepmshow.tv https://www.instagram.com/revshock www.ShockMetaphysics.com #epigenetics #gayleking #kobebryant #oprahwinfrey @revshock

Interview with Wendy & Beth of Fruitloops
Sunday Feb 02, 2020
Sunday Feb 02, 2020
Fruitloops is a true-crime podcast about serial killers of color. Unfortunately, the news tends to only focus on serial killers who are white and male. The stories of killers of color and their victims are left out of the public eye. Fruitloops focuses on the killers and victims, who themselves are often people of color. The hosts, Wendy and Beth, of the podcast share their time with me as we discuss their podcast and how they became true-crime enthusiasts. Take a listen when as turn my interview into their interview. #truecrime #truecrimpodcast #fruitloopspod @FruitLoopsPod #cptlhunter @cptlhunter #serialkillers #serialkillersofcolor #mentalhealth #newsisracist
