No Transparency in NC Shooting of Andrew Brown, Jr

If one needs more evidence that DA's who work closely with officers should not be allowed to review their shootings and other serious events, look no further. The DA in the shooting case of Andrew Brown Jr has declined to press charges and is refusing to release the full bodycam footage of the involved officers.
