My Problem with the 2nd Amendment

Texas recently passed a law allowing citizens to carry firearms without a permit. Lawmakers based the law on the 2nd Amendment, but was that amendment meant for everyone? Should citizens be allowed to carry a weapon on their hip with proper training and gun safety knowledge? Lets' discuss.
