Far too often there seems to be a divide between the police and the public. This podcast is dedicated to bridging the gap between police and the communities they serve. As a former law enforcement executive, I will analyze police procedures and give a layman's understanding to the public. I will also review relevant events that are occurring around the U.S. in attempts to give the public some of the reasons why the police may have taken certain courses of action. The goal of this program is to bring all groups together and to work in harmony to make all communities better and more cohesive.

Tristan Wright is the COO of her local church. She is charged with ensuring that there are security and a number of other things for the members' safety. Considering that there is information that many terrorists groups are lurking in the shadows and waiting to strike, it seems fitting to release this episode. For the month of Feb, I want to highlight Black women who are leaders and entrepreneurs. Ms. Wright is up first.
