Far too often there seems to be a divide between the police and the public. This podcast is dedicated to bridging the gap between police and the communities they serve. As a former law enforcement executive, I will analyze police procedures and give a layman's understanding to the public. I will also review relevant events that are occurring around the U.S. in attempts to give the public some of the reasons why the police may have taken certain courses of action. The goal of this program is to bring all groups together and to work in harmony to make all communities better and more cohesive.

I joined host, Yolanda Williams, on the Parenting Decolonized Podcast. We discuss some of the mistrust that communities of color have with the police. We explore how to overcome that lack of trust and how both police and communities of color can move forward together.
