Far too often there seems to be a divide between the police and the public. This podcast is dedicated to bridging the gap between police and the communities they serve. As a former law enforcement executive, I will analyze police procedures and give a layman's understanding to the public. I will also review relevant events that are occurring around the U.S. in attempts to give the public some of the reasons why the police may have taken certain courses of action. The goal of this program is to bring all groups together and to work in harmony to make all communities better and more cohesive.

Dr. Kelly Hope joined me on an episode to discuss women in academia. Considering the recent election of VP elect Kamala Harris I thought it appropriate to release this episode even though it was recorded before the election. We will speak about her career, women in academia, the struggle of educating inner city kids and number of other topics.
