Far too often there seems to be a divide between the police and the public. This podcast is dedicated to bridging the gap between police and the communities they serve. As a former law enforcement executive, I will analyze police procedures and give a layman's understanding to the public. I will also review relevant events that are occurring around the U.S. in attempts to give the public some of the reasons why the police may have taken certain courses of action. The goal of this program is to bring all groups together and to work in harmony to make all communities better and more cohesive.

Ret. Chief Ramon Batista joins me to discuss his book, Do No Harm. Batista and co-author Mark D. Ziska took a look at policing, the community and the outrage many communities are dealing with. They put pen to paper, or fingers to keyboard and came up with a great book that will challenges police officials to think about their organizational connectives.
