Far too often there seems to be a divide between the police and the public. This podcast is dedicated to bridging the gap between police and the communities they serve. As a former law enforcement executive, I will analyze police procedures and give a layman's understanding to the public. I will also review relevant events that are occurring around the U.S. in attempts to give the public some of the reasons why the police may have taken certain courses of action. The goal of this program is to bring all groups together and to work in harmony to make all communities better and more cohesive.

Until the majority population understands that POC are not a monolith then we will continue to deal with press conferences and speeches in which authority figures are blind to their comments. An honest reckoning needs to occur, that clearly isn't happening. That realization is that members of any and all communicates have the potential to do good and evil. But for some reason, there is a reluctance to admit that in one specific community there are members who commit acts of violence and they are deemed as having a bad day or some other outlier. Dr. Taharee Jackson returns to shed light on how we as a society change and move forward.
