Far too often there seems to be a divide between the police and the public. This podcast is dedicated to bridging the gap between police and the communities they serve. As a former law enforcement executive, I will analyze police procedures and give a layman's understanding to the public. I will also review relevant events that are occurring around the U.S. in attempts to give the public some of the reasons why the police may have taken certain courses of action. The goal of this program is to bring all groups together and to work in harmony to make all communities better and more cohesive.

During the height of the Floyd Protests, I reached out to fellow podcasters to ask the question, are we getting distracted from the important goal of police reform? Companies were looking to change the face of syrup bottles and the like. Statues were being torn down and mutilated. I wondered if any of these symbolic changes would lead to long-lasting changes or fizzle out the movement for reform. Take a listen to our convo.
